Software

I developed a simple approach to measure pupil phase aberrations uniquely that uses NRM images to constrain phase retrieval. The software is available on github along with a quick demo.

I have written a pipeline in Python for measuring fringe phases and amplitudes for non-redundantly masked data. The official pipeline is publicly available here, with a few example tutorials. If you have questions about the package feel free to email me.

I have also helped with the Gemini Planet Imager Pipeline for reducing raw IFU data and the PyKLIP PSF-subtraction software. My major contributions to PyKLIP has been developing spectral extraction routines that forward model the self-subtraction effects of KLIP. You can find a tutorial for using this here.

Other software I have worked on can be found on my github page.
